Catherine has helped me to start taking control of my life and helping me realize that I am stronger than others have thought of me. I am stronger than my scars, my trauma, my abuse, my abusers. I am more powerful than the hands that used to hold me down. She has started working with me to help me rise above being a victim and to walk confidently as a survivor.
