Cathy offers secure, HIPPA compliant virtual counseling using the Doxy.Me Telehealth platform. To request services, please go to Intake and complete a registration form. Sessions are about 40 minutes long, scheduled in 45 minute blocks to allow a few minutes at the beginning and end of each session to transition between clients. See plans below:

The cost of counseling through these platforms varies and is typically billed as a monthly subscription depending on the plan that you purchase. They do offer discounts if eligible based on income, military service, or disability.
